For those of you who didn't know, last weekend Ken and I volunteered for the HRC booth at Detroit Pride. I don't know what was more fun, spending the day with my hubby or watching him be amazed at how wonderful some of the drag queens were. My husband tends to be on the quiet side and sometimes Joie, Cody and I tend to drown him out. But, when Ken does talk, he says the most wonderful things. Just to hear him speak of Cody with pride and work so hard made me all the more aware of what a terrific dad he is. We are so lucky to have him. Most amazing of all is that I actually remembered to take some pictures.
